Take a moment and remember when you were young, maybe five or six. You were at a very tender age of your life with a very tender heart. You had no knowledge of the harsh things of this world. At Christmas time, hopefully you got just about everything you wanted. You enjoyed coloring books, toy cars, dolls and playhouses. Your life, hopefully at that age was carefree. You were as innocent as you could be. Christmas time was most likely your favorite time of the year. You enjoyed the excitement of opening presents and the fun you had with the gifts you received. The act of giving gifts to loved ones in our lives began when our Heavenly Father gave the ultimate loving Gift to those He loves, namely every person.
Our Father gave the Gift of salvation so that all mankind can enjoy their true purpose of their existence. That purpose is to live in the beautiful, eternal splendor of the presence of God in Heaven. To be showered eternally with His Love and never ending gift of blessings. This is the purpose of every human’s life.
The Father greatly desires to have you live in His eternal presence. He greatly desires to show His love to you for all eternity. He will show His love to you in ways that your earthly mind cannot even comprehend. The Word of God states:
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 1st Cor. 2:9”
Each one of us will live for eternity. There will never be a moment that you come to an end, where you no longer exist.
You are an eternal spiritual being who is temporarily living in an earthly fleshly body.
Yet, when your heart no longer beats, you will depart from your body and then you will enter into the realm of the spirit life and join untold millions who have gone before you.
There are two destinations for all who pass from this life. A place prepared for those who accepted their Gift of salvation or the place prepared for Lucifer and the fallen angels, which is the place made to imprison all who rebel against The Loving Father.
This place has many names. It is a real place and it was not created for humans. Yet, humans are sent there because of their refusal to accept their Gift of salvation.
That is the reason for this paper you are holding in your hands. There is no way possible that I can make you fully understand just how precious you are to the Heavenly Father.
You only find those truths within the pages of His Holy Word. Yet, my desire is that you will take a few minutes out of your busy schedule to consider for yourself if you have truly accepted your Gift of salvation from the Heavenly Father.
The Word of God states:
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2nd Peter 3:9”
and
“24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
2nd Timothy 2: 24 – 26 KJV”
Here you can see from God’s Word, The Father does not want you to perish, but wants you to come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth. The truth the Heavenly Father wants you to come to know is that you are trapped in the snare of the devil to do the devil’s will, if you have not received your Gift of salvation.
You have an appointment with your eternity. Only God knows what day you will enter into the eternal realm of the after life. It is most important that you accept your Gift of salvation before that appointed day arrives.
Every human born, was born into sin and has an account that must be settled with God at some point in their life.
It doesn’t matter if a person has sinned very little or sins abundantly.
Each is born into sin and that alone will keep us from entering the place He has prepared for those who accept His salvation Gift.
The Father will not allow any one to live in His Holy presence, in His home, unless their name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
The Word states:
“24And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. Rev. 21:24-27 KJV”
Our sin account must be settled with the Father. Unless it is wiped clean and paid in full, there will be a judgment against that account. The only act which can pay the account in full is the death of a person. If you fail to accept your Gift of salvation from the Father, you will pay for your sin account by your eternal death, which is to be cast far away from the presence of God into outer darkness. There will not be a place in God’s home prepared for you, all because of your sin and your failure to accept your Gift of salvation.
“11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire Revelation 20:11-15KJV”
Yet, if you accept the Gift of salvation which the Father has already provided for you, you will have your sin account paid in full,
and your sins will be washed away. Your account will have a zero balance and you won’t have to pay for your sins with your life.
The reason is because Jesus, The Christ, the very Son of our Heavenly Father has already died in your place.
Jesus took your death and by His Blood your sin account was wiped clean! You must accept this Gift of salvation that Jesus died for you.
He died in your place! When you accept Jesus, you will experience the greatest exchange possible.
Jesus died for you so that you can live for eternity in God’s presence and be showered with His abundant love.
You then give up your life to Jesus so He can live in you and give you Heaven’s blessings while you live here on earth getting to know your Heavenly Father and know His Ways.
The Word states:
“10Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 51:10-12”
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
1st Timothy 2:1-6 KJV”
The one question that God wants to know is this: “What will you do with Jesus, The Father’s Son, Our Lord and Savior?” Will you accept His Gift of salvation, or will you deny Him? Even though it has been over 2000 years since Jesus died and paid the price for our salvation, He lived, He taught us the way to The Father, and then He gave His life for us. You must choose what you will do with Jesus! By failing to make a decision to accept your Gift of salvation, you have by default chosen to deny Him. You will choose, or else the choice will be made for you. You can’t just ignore this and expect it to go away. Either way, your choice will be recorded in Heaven’s books. You can be known as a child of God with your name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, or you will be unknown in Heaven and will be counted with those who have rejected The Father’s Salvation Gift and go to the place prepared for all who rebelled against The Loving Father.
To sum this up: If you have accepted the Gift of salvation, you are my brother/sister in Christ, and your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life!
If you have not accepted your Gift of salvation, please don’t put it off any longer, don’t delay a minute longer.
Your eternal destiny is being weighed in the balances of God’s Judgment. You can either be known as one who rejected such great a salvation Gift, or as a child of The Heavenly Father!
The choice is yours.
The Word of God states:
“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve;
whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell:
but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Joshua 24:15 KJV”
and
“1Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
2For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
3How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Heb. 2:1-3 KJV”
Choose Christ today! Accept your Gift of salvation today! Do not ignore such a great salvation which The Heavenly Father has given you.
Here is how:
“9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(Romans 10:9-10 KJV)”
-Amen.
